Location is good, 5 mins walk from the subway station surrounded by supermarket and three convenient stores. Room is big and tidy. There is a small but nice kitchen area with some plates and cups, not bowls but we still managed to make a simple dinner. You can see the Fukuoka's airport fron the balcony. I stayed at the 14/F so noise from the street was not a problem, not sure about if you are staying at the lower floor. It is one stop away from the airport subway station but apparently that connects to the domestic flight but the international side. The host will send you a message one day before your check in date, remember to do the online check-in as it made the on site check-in procedure much smoother.

No staff, but easy to check in (for future travelers, once you get your access code to the main door, don't press the * key for too long. Just a quick press and then insert the access code. Seen quite a lot of people struggling with it). Very comfortable, bright and organised living space with all instructions for amenities such as stove, washing machine and extractor fan laid out. The bathroom was clean and very comfortable for a nice evening bath. The bed mattress is a medium-hard, just perfect for me. WiFi was amazing, super fast! Check out again, was very simple. Very good value for money, 10 min walk away from Hakata station, Family Mart 1 minute away, really nice izakaya next door.

This is not a standard hotel. The room was a small apartment, what Koreans would call an officetel, with kitchen facilities, a washing machine, and other domestic amenities. It was cheap, and the location was good - nearby Higashi Hie station is one stop away from the airport and one stop away from Hakata station (a major transport hub). Most of the more popular tourist locations, including Tenjin, are only a few subway stops away. On the first floor there is a decent restaurant with an English menu available. There are two large convenience stores within 100 meters of the building.

I expected a small room apartment, and it was exactly that. Everything I expect from a apmt was there and fully functional, including the possibility to wash clothes. Maybe a bit small for a family but very good for its price for an alone traveler. The main thing that I found a bit unusual is a nice balcony with a nice view, which I did not expect.

Super clean and fresh apartment. Everything felt brand new. All you need is in the apartment including an instructions manual for all the things in it. Great price, fairly simple check in and good location (not right next to Hakata station but the subway runs all the time and it is 5 min walk and 1 station away from both airport and train station).
